Tilting Disk Check Valves

This type of valve can be used in all water supply facilities. If the return pressure exceeds the supply pressure, the flow is completely cut off by closing the butterfly valve.

  • Paint coating: All cast iron parts are coated with blue epoxy powder paint RAL5005 or RAL5015 with a minimum thickness of 250 microns and with an electrostatic spraying mechanism, in accordance with DIN 30667 standard.
  • Product specifications:
    • This type of valve can be used in all water supply facilities. If the return pressure exceeds the supply pressure, the flow is completely cut off by closing the impeller. By moving the weights on the lever, the closing speed of the impellers can be adjusted. All O-rings of this valve are easily replaceable. The O-rings are made of EPDM or NBR and if ordered for other fluids and higher temperatures, the appropriate O-ring will be used.
